Recruitment Process Overview

Upon receiving a detailed requirement from our clients, we conduct an in-depth analysis and clarification process to document an exact requirement for the candidate.

Research and Identification: After analyzing the requirement, our staff carries out research and identification procedures to identify the industries, companies, and locations where the required personnel are likely to be available.

Presenting your requirement: Once we have identified potential candidates, we propose and consent with our clients and formulate a strategy to introduce the requirement using various search media such as advertising in leading Indian publications, newspapers, and on the internet through our website and leading career websites. We also email the requirement to our existing candidates and utilize our sources and networks in various industries and organizations throughout India.

Pre-Selection Formalities: After receiving candidates' resumes via post, email, or fax, we screen them and arrange personal interviews with our selection panel. We assess the candidates based on all the parameters specified by the job specifications provided by the client. If the candidate is compatible with all the parameters, we refer them to the client for their screening. If the client wishes to conduct personal interviews, we make all necessary arrangements to facilitate the same.

Selection Formalities: Once the candidate meets or comes closer to the expectations of the clients, we present them with the job offer, and upon mutual agreement to the terms, we proceed further with the post-selection formalities.

Post-Selection Formalities: We issue a preliminary job offer to the candidate detailing the remuneration package, and upon formal acceptance by the candidate, a detailed employment agreement is issued by the client and is then signed by both the client and the candidate. Medical tests are conducted on the candidate, and only medically certified fit candidates are processed further for visa issuance or visa endorsement. Upon such visa issuance/endorsement, we make all necessary arrangements for the candidates’ travel to the destination country. From the time a candidate is selected till he/she is deployed, the client as well as the candidate are provided with status information whenever required.
